Green Homes are smart investment for smart people

Who does not want to get better value? So why are so many buying ordinary old design of buildings in the name of saving money. The answer is that knowledge about what green means is yet to reach them. Luckily the word is spreading fast and as climate change and global warming focuses on energy and water, it will not take too long to learn that Green design offers the real solution to reduce energy costs and help the environment.

There are many incentives from federal and state programs which can help reduce the first cost and allow the owners to benefit from long term lower operating costs. A trained LEED certified professional from US Green Building Council can help find the right solution for local condition.

As modular home builders adopt green, more efficient manufacturing will deliver better solution to ordinary people who do not have anyway of assuring quality in construction under varying weather conditions. Homes built inside the factories have a bright future as we move to this specialized field pf unique quality green homes.

Great blog. Green home designs are available for purchase from Costa Coast Design and Construction. Smart people should check out these designs if they are considering building a Green Home.

In this global market, it is good to see a green home designer / developer based in Costa Rica to connect with us via web. We will certainly utilize their expertise and plan to team up with local modular home builders. Our goal is to come up with a practical way to incorporate the best green homes designs the world has to offer.

Architects are designing more sustainable buildings all over the world, while governments are demanding better energy performance. In Sweden the Government intends to phase out the use of fossil fuels in home heating completely by 2020, while one of the first measures taken by the new German Government was to announce that all old housing was to be systematically brought up to modern standards of energy efficiency. And in many African and Asian communities, sustainable housing is the norm.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. The real change and opportunity lies in converting millions of old buildings with green conservation projects. Low cost 3 to 5 year term financing from Government programs can bring a new revolution in reducing the energy costs and keeping the oil prices under control.
Hopefully 2009 will bring new resolve and new actions by American leaders.

Green homes are definitely becoming the new standard in home design.

Prefab green homes are a great solution for anyone looking to buy, because they are efficient to build and cost much less.

As the nation prepares for the new President to take charge, green initiatives are all in the news.
A great future awaits America as we embark on the journey to double renewable energy production by 2012 and energy reduction in old buildings. Incentives and tax credits for building new green homes would help a lot in cutting future energy demand.
